Shampoo with hair dye. Beyond the zone (blue)?

it says to first wash my hair with an alkaline ph shampoo then towel dry. what kind of shampoo or brand? and after i put it in and waited for like 30 min what do i wash it out with? anything special?Shampoo with hair dye. Beyond the zone (blue)?
It doesn't really matter, it just needs to be clean and chemical free so I find that regular dishsoap works perfectly, nothing fancy

If I remember rightly btz is a veggie dye (no developer, very conditioning, usually has a veggie friendly note somewhere on the bottle) so the longer you leave it on the longer it'll stick around without damaging your hair; apply it to dry hair, leave it a few hours (I tend to leave it over night) rinse it for about 5 minutes in cold water then with warm water until it runs clear

You don't need any special shampoo or conditioner to help it stay bright but it'll help if you put a little of the dye in your coditioner bottle so it gets a little top-up every time you wash it

Just keep washing till most of it comes out, not all of it will
