Does Aveda Blue shampoo for brassy hair actually work?

cant remember whats its called, blue melva or something like that. its meant to take out yellow and orangey tones from blonde hair, does it really work or is it another con....be honest!Does Aveda Blue shampoo for brassy hair actually work?
It's blue malva. Yes, the shampoo works - but the conditioner does more. The shampoo is technically for all hair types, so it can't do a whole lot. (It says so on the bottle). The conditioner does more to tone the brassiness. When using the conditioner, you apply it evenly, combing it through. Use it three times consecutively, or until you get to your desired result, and then use it every third time to keep it up. If you use it everytime you wash, you can get too much ashiness, almost grey-looking. Aveda just discontinued the 8oz size of the shampoo, so it's only available in the 32oz size which is $20something. The conditioner comes in a decent size tube for $16ish - I don't beleive it comes in another size. Hope this helped.Does Aveda Blue shampoo for brassy hair actually work?
it does work because of the blue pigment in it it neutralises the orange are brassy tones.it is also good on grey hair helps it look more silver.
