My friend bleached his hair blond & used a shampoo called Wellapon for black hair and it turned his hair blue?

His hair wasn't bleached recently, and it turned a blue-ish tint to be exact. Is there a way to get it out?

It's name does not infer any reference to blue, just hair, but I would try some lemon juice extract or juice from a couple of lemons and put it in his shampoo. Just make sure he keeps his eyes closed while washing...but I really do not have to tell you that.
Most colored shampoos have a tint to them, which may be why his hair is bluish. If he doesn't like it that way, he can rebleach it, or use lemon, like someone stated. Next time, tell him to use the right shampoo. :)
