maybe, perhaps she should switch brands! good luck. maybe try something that doesn't have any colour to it.

have fun! and good luck!!!
No it shouldn't turn blue because of the Pantene shampoo. It could be her medication. I would suggest two things. First, you need to detox her hair. To do this, you should use a shampoo like the swimmers use to get the chlorine out of her hair. Aveda makes a good one, as does Nexus. However this shampoo is very drying, so be sure to condition it after - probably a leave in conditioner would be best. I don't know how often she shampoos her hair, but don't use this more than once or twice a week. After the hair has been detoxed, try to get her ';shimmer lights'; shampoo. I believe it's made by Clairol and get be purchased at Sally beauty supply. Good luck
no its not the shampoo she must have done something else
some older women, buy purple or blue die to put over their grey hair. they seem to think it looks better or something. Never really understoood it myself. Have you tried asking her if she has died it?
Some brands have a bluing agent in them..Alot of older people use this..Its used for people with white hair that has turned yellowish. The bluing or violet is suppposed to tone the yellow..Its just has built up on the hair and she isnt seeing it..Usually others will notice it first....
try to go with a more lighter shampoo. something maybe like herbel essenses. and try not to blow-dry much..just towel and air dry it..or try too. and another thing could be her meds. ask her doctor..if its anything like that..with the meds.

hope it helps.
the dye in the shampoo or conditioner can be changin her color
I've been using Pantene shampoo for nearly my entire life and I've never gotten any problems with it. It should be something else like someone pulled a prank and put dye in your shampoo but it should be washable though. How about ditching that bottle and buying a new one?
